What
is a Slice Search Box and how do I use it?
1.
What is Hyper-IntraSearch?
It's a search tool for YOUR web site. Our spiders will visit your entire
site and record all of the pages/URLs. It will then store the URLs and page
descriptions into a new database. This database can be searched just like a web
search engine, but will only contain results from your web site.

2. Why would I use the Hyper-IntraSearch?
Imagine adding powerful search functionality to your site -- your visitors
will be able to find what they want quickly and accurately! A search feature on
a web site is essential.

3. How will Hyper-IntraSearch find all of my pages?
First, the Hyper-IntraSearch spider will visit your site and record the
content of your site's home page. The spider will then record and visit all of
the links on that main page, and record the content of all of the (secondary)
pages that those links lead to. The spider will then visit and record all of the
links that are on the secondary pages, and visit and record all of the pages are
linked to the secondary pages. This process will continue until all of the pages
and links on your site have been recorded.

4. Can I use Hyper-IntraSearch if I don't have my own
domain?
Yes you can. Note that if you're using a free web site provider service, be
sure to provide the final name resolved URLs. For example, if your URL is
http://home.domain.com/mypage/ and the service automatically changes that URL to
http://members.domain.com/mypage/ when you visit it with your browser, be sure
to enter the second one (the one that it gets changed to.)

5. How much does this cost?
It's free for spidering up to 1000 pages. We maintain it for free. We'll even
come back and revisit the web pages to check for updates for free. In addition,
we will be offering premium services in the future, for which there may be a
charge.

6. Is it hard to Implement?
Not at all! Once you supply your URL(s), our spiders will visit your web
site pages immediately. After that, just copy and paste sample HTML code from
our login area to your site -- and voila! You have search functionality on your
web site.

7.
Can I find out what my visitors are searching for?
Absolutely. We provide you with real-time stats so you can see what your
users are searching for. You can also find out interesting information about
your visitors, such as browser type (Netscape or MSIE), platform (Windows/PC,
Macintosh, Unix), and even some interesting statistics on your own web site!

8.
Here are some other cool features!
We provide link backs -- this means that AFTER the search is performed,
there will be a "back button" or "back link" with your
site/company name. You can also upload your site or company logo and have that
appear on each search results page. And you determine when you want to have your
site revisited and re-indexed by our spiders (once per day).
