Help Placing Your Code

NOTE: Before beginning the following steps, please locate the e-mail message we sent you after you registered for
Hyper-IntraSearch titled "Hyper-IntraSearch
Registration" and keep that message handy, as we will be referring to it in a few moments.

Visit
http://www.theglobe.com and login to your
account.

On the page that pops up, click on "Build Your
Personal Website". This should take you to "The Homepage
Builder".

On the left navigation bar, choose the option
"File Manager", which will then take you to the "File
Manager".

On the middle of the page is a directory listing of
your files. Choose "default.html" by placing a check in the box
next to the filename, or any other file that you wish to place the search
box on. Next, click the "Edit File" button.

If you created this page the "Page Wizard",
you will be brought to the "Page Wizard" editing menu. Click on
the "Edit Content" hyperlink. In Step #1 (titled Enter
Your Text, Header and Image), click on the text box where all of your
text/HTML should go.
OR if you created this page with HTML...
..you will be taken directly to the text box HTML editor.

This is the part where we will be referring to the
registration e-mail message we sent you. Please go back to this message, and
cut and paste the JavaScript tag located in the body of the message into the
text box.
The JavaScript tag should something like this -- however, the
code below is an EXAMPLE ONLY. Please copy the code from the e-mail that was
sent to you OR from the member login area:
HINT: If you want your search bar to appear at the top of the page, make sure to place the text box first in the placement order using the placement tool in " 10: Order the items on your page"

At the very bottom of the page, press the button titled "Save Changes
& Preview" and you will see that you have successfully installed your very own site search
engine.
NOTE: If the installation did not work, please retrace all of the above steps carefully. If you find that you've followed every step perfectly, contact customer support
via e-mail.
